The wines from the vine-growerGiovanni Ederle’s vineyards in San Mattia in the Torricelle hills of Verona.
Six labels that clearly express Giovanni’s idea of wine that the passionate vine-grower wants to turn into reality. Elegant simple wines, each with its own particular character.
Some of these Veronese wines were born out of the idea of producing simple wines suitable for being drunk every day accompanying lighter lunches and dinners, without needing a specific occasion to drink them. They are born out of the desire to restore wine to its rightful place on the table.
On the other hand, other wines are the maximum expression of what this calcareous land can really give.
Hard work in selection, continuous management of the foliage, and careful selection before and during the harvest leads on to the pressing of perfect bunches of grapes whose wine patiently matures in wine barrels and fines in the bottle. Elegant, refined, and from an important enterprise.
Amarone della Valpolicella is the jewel in the crown of Cantina Giovanni Ederle’s small wine production from the vineyard in San Mattia.
